BAYSIDE KIDS
Children’s Ministry is a top priority at Bayside. We believe that kids are a vital part of today's church, not just the future church. We strive to teach them about Jesus in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. All of our volunteers have been background and reference checked. Be sure to stay connected with us for the many events throughout the year, including Vacation Bible School (VBS), summer day-trips, Family Fall Fest, and more!
Children’s Church (sunday mornings)
Much of what happens within the Children's Ministry takes place on Sunday mornings during the 9:00am and 11:00am church services:
For Nursery — Available during both worship services for children newborn through age 3. Our nursery provides a welcoming environment and secure atmosphere for the littlest Bayside attendees, with toys and energetic volunteers. When you enter the building through the main entrance, the nursery will be off to the right side.
For Pre-k to 2nd Grade — Parents will check their kids in upstairs prior to the beginning of service. During Children's Church, we will sing some fun kids worship songs together and will then dive into a Bible lesson, crafts, and games. Our dedicated teachers and helpers desire for your kids to learn about God in a fun, safe, and inviting environment. We use The Gospel Project curriculum, which cycles through the entire Bible in 3 years.
For 3rd to 6th Grade —At the beginning of the church service, these students remain, and worship, with their families in the main auditorium. When the time of worship music concludes and the pastor begins the sermon, the kids are free to come upstairs for their class. During class, we will study The Gospel Project curriculum in a fun and engaging way. Please note that students in this age group don't need to check-in prior to the service. However, all first-time visitors are encouraged to come upstairs before the church service starts for an initial check-in, to see the class, to meet some volunteers, and to know where they need to go after the worship music ends.

Open to everyone, you do not have to attend Bayside or be associated with our church in anyway for your child to attend this exciting event.
You are invited to come discover the Masterpiece that God has created you to be! Join our Master Artist in his studio as he works on creating his ultimate masterpiece. There will be plenty of crazy antics along the way! Including pies in faces!!! Come ready for snacks, crafts, outside games and more. We hope you can join us and bring lots of friends to this FREE fun exciting event.
*** FRIDAY AUGUST 4th 9am-12pm is FAMILY carnival day. This is also free but we do ask that all kids come with an adult this day. This could be a parent, grandparent, friend, etc. We will do a short celebration in the auditorium for everyone then we will make our way outside for a FREE family carnival with bounce houses, inflatables, snow cones, carnival games with prizes, cotton candy, hotdog lunch and more. All FREE as our way of saying thanks for participating in the week!
**** We will have a limited number of free t-shirts for those who pre-register. Sizes and availability on a first come first serve basis. T-shirts must be picked up in person at Bayside Chapel starting July 9th. T-shirts must be picked up prior to VBS starting and will NOT be available during the week of VBS.

Bayside Kids Club (Wednesday Evenings)
Our mid-week discipleship program is designed for ages 4yrs – 6th grade. We meet Wednesday nights 6:30pm-8:00pm September through May. The kids are broken into three age groups, pre-k, K-2nd grade & 3rd – 6th grade. Each week we have fun engaging in fellowship, games and digging deep into our Bible lessons. Often we have special nights such as pajama nights, ice cream parties, pizza parties, etc. This is a drop off program. You can click the link to pre-register.
